Kathleen Lynn Donaghy
1954 - 2024
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Kathleen Lynn Donaghy on August 27, 2024 at the Pierre-Boucher Hospital in Longueuil QC.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter Michele (Frank) and her son Jean-Guy (Brenda), her grandchildren Brittany, Dominique, Marie France, Jeremy, Sabrina, Maxime, Marie Lou and her great grandchildren Emma, Mackenzy, Bentley, Rayland and Ruby Mae.
Kathleen is also survived by her four sisters Elaine (Lionel), Kim, Kelly, Kerry (Bill) and several nieces and nephews.
She is pre deceased by her parents Edward Donaghy and Jane Moores, her sister Trina and brothers Michael and Shawn.
Kathy loved her family and friends. Her door was always open to all. Her home was the local hang out for all the neighborhood kids. Once her children were older she moved to Montreal where she furthered her education. She enrolled and completed a Chef and Butchery course in her second language. She had a passion for preparing and cooking food for her loved ones.
There will be no funeral as per her request.
There will be a celebration of life held on October 12, 2024 at the Rexton Lions Hall 145 Main Street Rexton, NB at 3pm.
