Aline Cormier

Aline Cormier, 91, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, at the UHC Dr Georges L Dumont, Moncton, on Tuesday August 27, 2024. She was married to the late Yvon Cormier (1999). Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late Frederic and the late Elise (Léger) LeBlanc.
She will be sadly missed by her four children; Denise Maillet (Gérard) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Phyllis Maillet (Paul) of Bouctouche, Roger of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Jean (Annette) of Bouctouche, her five grandchildren; Monique, Rémi, Isabelle, Kevin, Martine and seven great grandchildren; Alina, Elianne, Esmée, Lennix, Quinn, Ariane and Cédric. She also leaves to mourn her brother; Ulysse of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent and several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by five sisters; Irène, Imelda, Anna, Jeanne, Cécile and three brothers; Edgar, Eric and Normand.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Tuesday September 3, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 3:45 pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Tuesday September 3, 2024 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In Aline’s memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Bouctouche Parish.
