Roméo Cormier
1956-2024
Roméo Cormier, 67, of Saint-Edouard-de-Kent, passed away suddenly
at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent on Monday
March 4, 2024. He was married to Florida (LeBlanc) Cormier. Born in
Moncton, he was the son of the late Louis and the late Rose-Marie
(Cormier) Cormier.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Florida, his two sons; Serge of Saint-Edouard-de-Kent, Maurice (Julie) of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, one grandson; Mathieu (Jessica). He also leaves to mourn his three sisters; Claudette Dupuis (Alyre) of Notre-Dame, Florence Fougère (Albert) of Shediac, Muriel Allain of Cocagne, his two brothers; Laurie (Valida) of Saint-Antoine, Alderice (Cathy) of Ontario and several nephews and nieces.
Roméo was predeceased by two sisters; Huberte and one in infancy as well as one brother Donald.
As per the family’s request there will be no public visitations and no public service. A private Funeral Service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in the Sainte-Anne-de-Kent parish cemetery in the spring.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
