Yvonne Bourque

Yvonne Bourque, 94, of Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the UHC Dr Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton on Saturday February 24, 2024. She was married to the late Roméo Bourque (2005). Born in Saint-Damien, she was the daughter of the late Sylvain and the late Béatrice (Cormier) Collette.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters; Lucille Ward (Terry) of Brampton, ON, Gisèle Pozzobon (Dave) of Mississauga, ON, her five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. She also leaves to mourn her brother; Zoel (Catherine) of Leominster, MA as well as several nephews and nieces.
Yvonne was predeceased by three sisters; Dora, Florence, Maria and two brothers; Léonard and Léo.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Tuesday February 27, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Antoine Church on Tuesday February 27, 2024 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Yvonne’s memory, donations may be made to the Saint-Antoine Parish Fund.
The family would like to say a special thank you to her nieces Christine and Lisa (Martial) for all their help.
