Rose-Eva Richard

Rose-Eva Richard, 76, of Bouctouche and formerly of Cocagne, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent on Thursday January 18, 2024. Born in Acadieville, she was the daughter of the late Médard and the late Bertha (Richard) Richard.
She will be sadly missed by her three children; Pauline Léger (Normand) of Notre-Dame, Ronald of Tofield, AB, Denis (Brigitte) of Saint-Colomban, QC, her three grandchildren; Marc, Kayla and Erica and her two great grandchildren; Liam and Arianne. She also leaves to mourn her two sisters; Helena Maillet (André) of Cocagne, Fernande Allain (Louis) of Webster, MA, her three brothers; Florent (Denise) of Saint-Edouard-de-Kent, Jimmy (Diane) of Bouctouche Bay, Normand (Rita) of Saint-Antoine as well as several nephews and nieces.
Rose-Eva was predeceased by one granddaughter; Joelle (2001) and one brother; Rhéal (2018).
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Friday May 3, 2024 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
In Rose-Eva’s memory, donations may be made to the CHUDUMONT Foundation.
