Léa Bourgeois
1938-2023
Léa Bourgeois, 85, of Bouctouche Cove, passed away peacefully, at
the HUC Dr Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton on Monday November 6, 2023.
Born in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Eric and
Irène (Boucher) Bourgeois.
She will be sadly missed by her three sisters; Dora Daigle (late Ronald) of Aldouane, Lorraine Bourque (Ulric) of Waltham, MA, Noëlla LeBlanc (Eric) of Bouctouche Cove, one brother; Alfred (late Florence) of Lewisville as well as six nephews and five nieces.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Friday November 10, 2023 from 1:30 pm to 3:45 pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Friday November 10, 2023 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In Léa’s name, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Bouctouche parish fund.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
