Ida LeBlanc

Ida LeBlanc, 105, of Saint-Paul-de-Kent, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Stella Maris-de-Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, on Tuesday September 12, 2023. She was married to the late Denis LeBlanc (1956). Born in Saint-Paul, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and the late Arzélie (LeBlanc) Léger.
She will be sadly missed by her two children; Lauraine Gallant (Rhéal) of Richiboucto and Bernard (Shirley) of Saint-Paul, her ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her sister; Lauraine Léger of Moncton one daughter-in-law; Rose-Marie LeBlanc of Saint-Paul, one son-in-law; Ulysse Cormier of Moncton and several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one daughter; Fernande (2012), one son; Rhéal (2023), four sisters; Vézina, Denise, Ella, Dora, her three brothers; Alban, Jude and Sylvain as well as two sisters and two brothers in infancy.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Paul-de-Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room on Monday September 18, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Paul-de-Kent Church on Monday September 18, 2023 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In Ida’s memory donations may be made to the Saint-Paul parish fund or to the CHUDUMONT Foundation.
