Leon Allain

Leon Allain, 84, of Bouctouche Sud, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, on Saturday August 26, 2023. He was married to Lorette (Richard) Allain. Born in Richiboucto-Village, he was the son of the late Simon and the late Alice (Richard) Allain.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Lorette, his daughters: Nicole Williams (Jacques) of Oromocto, Michelle Doiron (Steve), Micheline Morneault (Scott) both of Dieppe, his grandchildren: Natasha, Samuel, Tristan, Andon, Noémie, Miguel, Mia, his sisters: Jeannette Gallant (late Theodule) of Moncton, Emerise Myette (late Donald) of Saint-Louis, Celine Roy (Normand) of Richiboucto and several nieces and nephews.
Leon was predeceased by two sisters: Albertine and Alphonsine and one brother, Emile.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche, on Wednesday August 30, 2023 from 2 to 3:45pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche, on Wednesday August 30, 2023 at 4:00pm.
In Leon’s memory a donation can be made to the Bouctouche Parish.
