André Poirier
1939-2023
André Poirier, 84, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the
Dr Georges-L. Dumont HUC, Moncton on Monday June 5, 2023. He was
married to the late Noella Collette. Born in Bouctouche, he was the
son of the late Cyrille and the late Mecthilde (Savoie) Poirier.
He will be sadly missed by his several step-children, several nieces and nephews as well as a special friend; Kathy Bastarache.
He was predeceased by one sister; Rosanne, nine brothers; François, Thomas, Aldéo, Laurie, Cyrille, Albert, Zoël, Omer and Willie.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche, on Wednesday June 14, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm followed by a funeral service at the funeral home at 3:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In André’s memory, donations may be made to the Saint-Jean Baptiste Parish fund.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
