Monique Boucher Chiasson

Monique Boucher Chiasson, 42, of Notre-Dame, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC, Moncton on Tuesday March 21, 2023. She was married to Julien Chiasson. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Marie (Guimond) Boucher and Ola Boucher.
Monique was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin and an amazing friend. She devoted most of her time caring for others and ensuring that all her loved ones were happy. She touched the lives of everyone she met, leaving a feeling of warmth and positivity. A lot of people have benefited from her kind heart and her good deeds over the years and the fond memories will forever remain in our hearts.
She will be sadly missed by her husband; Julien, her father; Ola Boucher of Notre-Dame, her two daughters; Sarah and Terri-Lynn. She also leaves to mourn her sister; Elizabeth «Lisa» Boucher (Michel Gallant) of Saint-Joseph-de-Kent, her three brothers; John Ricky Guimond of Notre-Dame, Richard Boucher (Jo Ann) of Weisner, Ola Jr. Boucher of Moncton, five nephews; Micheal, Cory, Randy, Marc, Jordan and one niece; Jasmin as well as a very special friend; Tina Poirier (Denis Saulnier) of Saint-Antoine.
She was predeceased by one sister; Nancy.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Monday March 27, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A private funeral service will be held at a later date.

A special thanks to her family and friends that were there in this difficult time along with the staff at the Georges-L. Dumont ICU, and Oncology department. We would like to thank everyone that supported Monique and Julien during the difficult time.
