Jean-Paul Cormier

Jean-Paul Cormier, 74, of Bouctouche passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent on Sunday December 4, 2022. He was married to Yvette Girouard. Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late Fred and the late Alvida (Collette) Cormier.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Yvette, his three children; Alfreda Cormier (Yvon) of Aldouane, Brenda Allain (Emery Jr.), Ricky (Mel) of Bouctouche, his six grandchildren; Nathalie, Mathieu, Gabriel, Alissa, Malika, Madyson and one great granddaughter; Kaylie. He also leaves to mourn one sister; Marguerite Landry (late Normand) of Bouctouche Cove, his four brothers; Alban (Rose-Mai, Dave (late Jeanne), Ted all of Bouctouche, Johnny (late Stella) of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent as well as several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by one son; Paul, one great grandson; Rylan, three sisters; Emilie, Dora, Patricia and three brothers; Jean-Claude, Edouard and Patrick.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Tuesday December 13, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm followed by a funeral service at the funeral home at 3:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
