Paul-Emile Cormier
Paul-Emile Cormier, 79, of Saint-Paul, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at his residence on Sunday December 4, 2022. He was married to Dorine (Poirier) Cormier. Born in Saint-Paul, he was the son of the late Yvon and the late Dorice (Belliveau) Cormier.
Paul-Emile was a former carpenter, a farmer and operated a strawberry farm.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 55 years; Dorine (Poirier), his two children; Paula Cormier of Moncton, Danny (Chantal) of Irishtown, his three grandchildren; Corey, Annie and Sophie. He also leaves to mourn his seven sisters; Yvette Cormier, Norma Cormier of Dieppe, Maria Langis (Amédée) of Notre-Dame, Rolande Babineau (Jacques) of Saint-Antoine, Ginette Hébert (Paul) of Richelieu, QC, Rosemonde Cormier (Gilles) of Irishtown, Jeannine Martin (Basil) of Moncton, his ten brothers; Edgar (Dorine), Roland (Donalda), Clarence (Alcida) of Saint-Paul, Laurie (Lilianne) of Shediac, Delphis (Emma) of Bouctouche, Roger (Marcia) of Dieppe, Maurice (Bernice) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Normand (Angela) of Irishtown, Yvon Jr. (Janice) of Milton, ON, Jean-Charles (Jeannita) of Saint-Antoine and several nephews and nieces.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room on Friday December 9, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Paul Church on Friday December 9, 2022 at 7:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
In Paul-Emile’s memory, donations may be made to the Saint-Paul de Kent parish or to the CHUDUMONT Foundation «Oncology».
