Noé Babineau
At the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche, on Tuesday August 2, 2022, surrounded by his family at the age of 87, passed away peacefully, Noé Babineau, husband of Annette (Henrie) Babineau. Born in Saint-Norbert, he was the son of the late Charles and the late Edna (Robichaud) Babineau.
Noé was well known for his big heart always ready to give of himself in many organizations far too many to list, but to name a few, his parish meant a lot to him, but more importantly, his role as a father , grandfather and great-grandfather. His level of listening could not be measured by others around him. Many have known him as their best “ever” bus driver
He will be sadly missed by the love of his life, Annette, his son Daniel (Linda), his grandchildren Lyne (Donny), Jennifer (Shawn), Annie (Martin) and Shawn, his great grandchildren Zac, Bryelle, Andy and Anabelle. He is also survived by four sisters: Ella Gaudet of Bouctouche, Armande Lambert of Longueil, QC, Eleonore Mirabito of Maynard, MA, Irène LeBlanc of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, his two brothers: Laurie of Leominster, MA, Jean -Paul (Lida) of Chéticamp, NS as well as several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by a son Richard (2020) his daughter-in-law Anna (2021), seven sisters: Jeanne, Marguerite, Suzanne, Elise, Lorraine, Marie and Thérèse as well as two brothers: Joseph and Emile.
Visitation will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on August 18, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 3:45 pm. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint-Jean Baptiste Church in Bouctouche on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
