Claude Cormier

Claude Cormier, 56, of Tracadie and formerly of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst on Tuesday July 19, 2022. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Alonzo Cormier of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent and the late Corinne (Allain) Cormier.
Claude was a truck driver with Armour for numerous years.
He will be sadly missed by his father Alonzo, his son; Christien Doiron (Shannon) of Sackville, his granddaughter; Emily, his sister; Joanne Melanson (Gilles) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, one niece Danie and one nephew Rémi. He also leaves to mourn his special friend Caroline McGraw of Tracadie.
Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent on Wednesday July 27, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Sainte-Marie-de-Kent Church on Wednesday July 27, 2022 at 7:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In Claude’s memory, donations may be made to the family or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
