Emerie Arsenault

Emerie Arsenault, 96, of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Bouctouche, on Sunday June 12, 2022. He was married to the late Maria (Comeau) Arsenault. Born in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Antoine and the late Marie (Allain) Arsenault.
Emerie was a farmer and he also worked for 24 years at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital in housekeeping.
He will be sadly missed by his children; Dianne McPhail (Donald) of Miramichi, Norma Richard (Maurice), Lorraine Maillet (Alonzo), both of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Donald (Gisele Robichaud) of Saint-Pierre-de-Kent, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He also leaves to mourn his sisters; Sr Irene Arsenault r.s.f. of Sherbrooke, Rhéa Arsenault (Leo) of Notre-Dame and several nieces and nephews.
Emerie was predeceased by three sisters; Eva, Anita, Aline and three brothers; Eric, Gerard and Oswald.
Visitations will be held at the Sainte-Anne-de-Kent Church, on Wednesday June 15, 2022 from 2 to 4 and from 5:30 to 6:45pm followed by the Funeral Mass at 7:00pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
