Yvon Richard

Yvon Richard, 75, of Foyer Pauline, Bouctouche and formerly of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Residence. He was married to Thérèse (Lavoie) Richard. Born in Richiboucto, he was the son of the late Emerie and the late Rita (LeBlanc) Richard.
Yvon will be sadly missed by his wife Thérèse, his three children; Darlene Pellerin (Jean-Noël) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Noëlla Richard (Marc) of Dieppe, Jean-Paul (Rich) of Worchester, MA, his four grandchildren; Stéphane, Marc, Maxime, Natasha and five great grandchildren; Hailey, Abygail, Vivienne, William and Estelle. He also leaves to mourn two sisters; Jeannita Cormier (Clairemont) of Dieppe, Gisèle Richard (Roger) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, his four brothers; Alderie (Claudette) of Sudburry, ON, Reginald (Aldéa) of Bouctouche Cove, Alfred (Flo) of Regina, SK, Albénie (Ann) Leominster, MA as well as several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by three brothers; Gerard, Normand and Sylvio.
Visitations will be held at Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent on Monday May 30, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm followed by a funeral Mass at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
