Marie-Mai LeBlanc
Marie-Mai LeBlanc, 79, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, on Wednesday October 6, 2021 at the UHC Dr Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton. She was married to the late Jean LeBlanc «Boy» (1980). Born in Bouctouche she was the daughter of the late Michel and the late Emilia (Bastarache) LeBlanc.
She will be sadly missed by her six children; Annette Cormier (Willie), Dianne Hébert (Maurice), Linda LeBlanc (Raoul), Rachelle LeBlanc, Remi and Jean Cormier (Julie) all of Bouctouche, her seven grandchildren; Marc, Julien, Denis, Daniel, Monica, Ghislain and Josée as well as nine great grandchildren; Kaleb, Karyssa, Venessa, Hudson, Zacharie, Jacob, Zoe, Jasmine and Karson. She also leaves to mourn two sisters; Léola Nowlan and Noëlla LeBlanc and two brothers; Emilien, Yvon (Mélina) all of Bouctouche as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one daughter; Alice, one son Joseph at birth, one sister; Geralda as well as four brothers; Léo, Maxime, Gerard and Joseph.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Friday October 8, 2021 from 7 to 9 and on Saturday from 9 to 10:15 am. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Saturday October 9, 2021 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery.
Proof of vaccination and face mask will be required at the funeral home and at the church to comply with Public Health guidelines.
In Marie-Mai’s memory, donations may be made to the family.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
