Alvin Arsenault

Alvin Arsenault, 80, of Foyer Pauline, Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, on Thursday December 24, 2020. He was married to the late Alice (Comeau) Arsenault. Born in Saint-Maurice, he was the son of the late Antoine and the late Clara (Cormier) Arsenault.
Alvin was the groundskeeper for the Bouctouche Golf Club for a number of years.
He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Thérèse LeBlanc of Moncton, his grandchildren; Lucie Melanson (Jacques), Claude Allain (Amy), several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn his sister, Jeannette Nowlan (late Jacques), his brother, Léo-Paul Arsenault (Huberte), both of Bouctouche and several nieces and nephews.
Alvin was predeceased by his sister Aldéa and his brother André.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic a private funeral mass will be held at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church, Bouctouche on Wednesday December 30, 2020 at 11:00am.
In Alvin’s memory a donation can be made to the Lions Sick Children’s fund.
