Antoine Gallant

Antoine Gallant, 76, of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, on Sunday November 15, 2020. He was married to Ida (Poirier) Gallant. Born in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Sylvain and the late Léa (Richard) Gallant.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Ida, his children; Léa Gallant (Johnny) of Memramcook, Chantal Gallant (Luc) of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, Nadine Comeau (Jérémie) of Moncton, Michel (Lisa) of Saint-Joseph, Sylvain (Maria) of Cary, NC, his eleven grandchildren; Micheal, Samuel, Sebastien, Leanne, Maxime, Annie, Thomas, Nikolas, Logan, Lindsey and Owen. He also leaves to mourn his sisters; Cora Leblond of Oshawa, ON, Marguerite Gallant (Levi) of Grande-Digue, Yvonnisse Manuel of Miramichi, Eva Gallant (Ghislain Nero) of Chibougaramou, QC, Yvonne Richard (Zoel) of Leominster, a brother, Oscar (Diana)of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, one sister-in-law, Nellie and several nieces and nephews.
Antoine was predeceased by one sister, Marie-Louise Léger and four brothers; Joseph, Alex, Alderic and Gonzague.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, private visitation and a private funeral Mass will be held at a later date.
