Normand Bastarache
1946-2020
Normand Bastarache, 74, of Foyer Joseph Collette, Bouctouche, passed
away peacefully on Saturday September 5, 2020 at the
Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital. Born in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent-, he was
the son of the late Eric and the late Eva (Maillet) Bastarache.
He will be sadly missed by his sisters; Gisele Roy (Claude), Odette Maillet (Jean), both of Leominster, his brother, Donald of Alberta and several nieces and nephews.
Normand was predeceased by his sisters; Aurella and Lucille.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Foyer Joe Collette where Normand had been a resident for many years. Joe, Denise and Martine, you treated our brother with love, friendship, kindness, respect and gave him a peaceful place to be, you treated him like family and for that we are eternally grateful.
Funeral Mass will be held at the Sainte-Anne-de-Kent Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday August 23, 2022 at 10:30 am with interment in the parish cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet funeral Home in Bouctouche.
