Rodrigue Cormier

Rodrigue Cormier, 73, of Cocagne, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at his residence on Thursday February 13, 2020. He was married to Phyllis (Allain) Cormier. Born in Cocagne, he was the son of the late Irenée and the late Mina (Léger) Cormier.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Phyllis, his two children; Lisa Cormier-Léger (Luc) of Bouctouche and Daniel (Pedro Cervantes-Ortiz) of Cocagne, two grandsons; Sylvain and Jocelyn. He also leaves to mourn his ten sisters; Jeannine Cormier, Anne-Marie Allain (late Herman), Bertha Allain, (Omer), Maria Robichaud (late Edgar), Jacqueline Richard (Arsène), Cathy Robichaud (late Edmond), Louise Cormier (Charles) all of Cocagne, Lorraine Robichaud of Bouctouche, Cécile LeBlanc (Donald) of Saint-Joseph-de-Kent, Lucille Richard (Alyre) of Scoudouc, two brothers; Elmo and Aubrey of Cocagne and several nephews and nieces.
Rodrigue was predeceased by one sister, Yvette.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Cocagne on Wednesday February 19, 2020 from 7 to 9 and on Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cocagne Church on Thursday February 20, 2020 at 4:00 pm.
In Rodrigue’s memory, donations may be made to the CHUDUMONT Foundation «Oncology».
